CDC: A third of Americans don't sleep 7 hours (AP)

ATLANTA – More than a ordinal of U.S. adults rest inferior than seven hours a night, and many of them inform troubles concentrating, remembering and even driving.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reportable the statistics weekday in two separate studies.
In one study, most 35 proportionality of people surveyed in 12 states said they slept inferior than seven hours a night, on average.
The ordinal study based on a national analyse found most 23 proportionality said they had trouble concentrating because they were tired. Another 18 proportionality struggled to advert things, and 11 proportionality had difficulty driving or commuting.
