Herbal Derivative Wins Praise as Malaria Treatment (HealthDay)

WEDNESDAY, March 16 (HealthDay News) -- Artesunate should replace quinine as the drug of choice for treating malaria, according to an updated analyse of clinical effort results.
Derived from herbs used in Chinese medicine, artesunate was institute to be more effective at preventing death in grouping with severe malaria.
